All furnaces are shipped via truck freight (LTL). The truck must be able to access the place of delivery.
YUKON will arrange shipping to a truck terminal, a business or your home**.
Multi fuel and add-on wood furnaces are shipped by common carrier and contractually the shipping does not include taking the product off the truck. Shipments made to a truck terminal will be loaded onto your truck or trailer. If you do not have equipment to unload the furnace at your home, you should consider residential delivery and lift gate service. Lift gate service arranges for the delivery company to take the furnace off the truck – (some restrictions may apply***). It does NOT include bringing the furnace into the house, barn, garage, etc.
Shipments are usually made within 1 – 2 business days from receipt of order.

***Trucking company has the right to refuse driving on driveway in some areas (ask trucking company about these restrictions in your area)
YUKON will arrange shipping of your new furnace to the Span Alaska truck terminal in Auburn, WA or Alaska Marine Lines truck terminal in Seattle, WA free of charge to you. You pay only the freight charges from Auburn, WA or Seattle, WA (barge carrier cost) to the supporting truck terminal located in Alaska. (Call us for current shipping charges). If you require residential delivery or lift gate service additional costs will apply. Add $60.00 for Residential Delivery. Add $80.00 for Lift Gate service.
We will ship to a truck terminal, or a business! All you pay for is the Border Fee (includes Brokerage fees and GST taxes). Residential delivery and Lift Gate service are charged extra.

Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and YUKON immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.
